Web Toolbox is designed from the ground up to prioritize user privacy. The core utilities (including Screenshots, QR Code Generator, Image Downloader, Image Converter, Color Eyedropper, Case Converter, Word Counter, JSON Formatter, and Link Extractor) process data entirely inside your local browser.

• Your captured screenshots, copied text, extracted links, and processed images are never transmitted to our servers.
• Your browsing history, open tabs, and keystrokes are never monitored, logged, or collected.

2. Information We Collect

We only collect minimal data necessary for user accounts and subscription management:

• Account Details: When you voluntarily register an account, we store your name, email address, and encrypted password hash.
• Subscription & Payment Details: If you upgrade to Web Toolbox Pro, payment transactions are securely handled by our verified payment gateway (Razorpay). We store only transaction identifiers and active subscription status (Free / Pro). We do not collect or store full credit card numbers or banking PINs.

3. How We Use Information

• To authenticate your login across multiple browser installations.
• To verify your Pro subscription entitlements and unlock premium features.
• To send account confirmations and receipt notifications.

4. Data Storage and Security

All account records are stored in secure cloud PostgreSQL databases with SSL encryption in transit and at rest. Passwords are cryptographically salted and hashed using modern bcrypt standards.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We integrate only with standard, PCI-DSS compliant payment processing infrastructure (Razorpay) solely for fulfilling Pro purchases.
